I read about this book online and got it out of desperation because I work for an asshole and my job is full of rude, mean people. I find myself starting to have a shorter fuse, starting to be meaner. In short, it feels terrible there and I feel terrible.
I thought this book might help me manage myself (since I can't change the environment). The book is actually primarily descriptive, although it does have some strategies for dealing with difficult people and situations.
